  • West Malaysia: 1–5 working days

Auracore is not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect address provided
  • Delivery disruptions caused by weather, strikes, or peak seasons

Tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.

  • Period After Opening (PAO) guidelines
  • Recommended storage instructions

Auracore is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage or exposure to heat.
