Return and Refund Policy

Due to strict health, hygiene, and cosmetic safety regulations, Auracore products cannot be returned once opened.
However, we do offer replacements or refunds under specific conditions.

  1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

 Damaged Product Received

  • Packaging severely damaged during transit
  • Bottle leaking or broken upon arrival

 Incorrect Product Delivered

  • You received a different product than what was ordered

 Missing Items

  • Part of your order is missing (verified with packing team)
  1. Conditions That Do NOT Qualify

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Allergic reactions (full ingredient list is provided for customer review)
  • Products damaged due to customer storage issues
  • Items purchased through unauthorized sellers
  1. Reporting a Claim

To file a claim, you must contact us within:

⏰ 48 hours upon receiving your parcel.

Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product & packaging
  • Reason for request
  • Unboxing video (highly encouraged for verification)

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

  1. Refund Process

If your claim is approved, you may choose:

  • Replacement item shipped at no cost
  • Store credit
  • Refund to original payment method (processing time 3–14 working days depending on banks/gateways)

Refund amount excludes:

  • Shipping fees
  • Transaction charges
  1. Return Shipping

If a return is required:

  • Auracore will cover return shipping fees only for valid claims
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packed for safe return
  1. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used skincare products
  • Promotional or free items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
